Our Services

SUMMARY OF CONSULTING PROCESS AND SERVICES
Consulting Process
During the Introduction stage, we focus on how building a Connection Culture can help meet your objectives. Then we introduce our ideas in a presentation to key personnel.
During the Assessment stage, we survey all (or almost all) employees using our Connection Questionnaire, and interview key managers. Using your objectives and the survey results, we then work with you to design an implementation plan.
During the Implementation stage, we facilitate workshops in those areas of your organization where our assessments show that greater connection is needed. All participants receive a copy of our book, Fired Up or Burned Out. As a follow-up, we recommend that our clients survey their employees annually or as needed to assess progress and identify areas were further improvement is required. We also provide ongoing email-based “best practices” stories on building connection, if desired.
Speech: "Fired Up or Burned Out: The Importance of Connection"
We present our work on “The Importance of Connection” to a group of your employees for 60 to 90 minutes. This provides actionable ideas that increase connection in your organization. Click here for additional information on our speakers.
Workshop: "Fired Up or Burned Out: Creating a Connection Culture"
In half-day or whole-day interactive workshops, we teach participants how to create a Connection Culture. The session is highly participative. Managers take away specific actions they can use to increase connection in your organization.
Writing Your Story
We work with leaders to create written expressions that tell your organization’s Inspiring Identity and reinforce your organization’s values in a memorable way.
Connection Culture Assessment
We survey employees to assess the degree of connection in your workplace. Survey results can be analyzed by business unit and/or geographic locale depending upon your organization’s business process flows. We can also conduct a social network analysis to more specifically identify those areas where increased connection would benefit your business. These assessments are useful in identifying those individuals who are Intentional or Unintentional Disconnectors.
Executive Coaching
We coach leaders to become “Intentional Connectors” and improve their performance.
